DESCRIPTION OF THE GUEST SUITES (11 Rooms)
We have 11 elegant intimate guest suites which have king size beds (most can be converted into twin beds if required), are luxuriously appointed,
have spacious ensuite bathrooms and are all at ground level. Entry to the suites is from the central courtyard deck and breezeway which is adjacent to the Guest lounge area. All suites have reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television, DVD player,
iron/ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, bar fridge, free wireless broadband internet access (WiFi) and views of the gardens and local countryside.
BOOKING TERMS and CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum deposit of $100 per room is required on all bookings. All "confirmed status" bookings that are then cancelled will incur a fixed charge of $20 per cancelled room.
All cancellation requests must be in writing and a receipt of cancellation issued.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts may be settled by personal Visa Card, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash. A 3% credit card fee will apply when accounts are settled by American Express card, Corporate or Premium Visa/Master cards. We do not accept personal cheques.
Any outstanding amounts not included on your account settled on departure will be charged to the credit card provided.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Suites are available for arrival after 2 pm. Check out time is 11am. Subject to the availability of rooms, early check in and late check out up to 1.00pm. can be arranged. The charge is $100 per room per day. Full day rate applies to check out after 1.00pm.
RESTAURANTS
Woodbyne does not operate a restaurant. When we confirm your accommodation reservation, we provide you with a list of all the restaurants in the area and their telephone number, enabling you to make a reservation prior to your arrival. We also note our recommendations.
CHILDREN
We welcome children to the hotel but expect parents to ensure
that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. Please note that for health reasons we do not provide cots etc. for infants.
MASSAGE
We can arrange a therapeutic full body relaxation massage in your
suite. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to book
this service.
BEAUTICIANS, HAIRDRESSERS and MAKE UP ARTISTS
Woodbyne does not permit the services of beauticians, hairdressers, make up artists etc. to be performed at Woodbyne including the guest rooms.
INTERNET
All guest suites have free wireless broadband internet access available (WiFi).
A desktop computer with internet access is available for guests in the Guest Lounge. A small charge applies.
CRAFT and PRODUCE MARKETS
A number of produce and craft markets are held in the area on different days of the month.
Below is a summary of when the markets are held:-

Jervis Bay – Huskisson - 2nd Sunday of the month
Jervis Bay – Lady Denman - 1st Saturday of the month

Jamberoo Market - Last Sunday of the month
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers for family and friends can be arranged with a 12 month validation. Vouchers are available for midweek stays (from 1 night)
and weekend stays (2 nights - Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)
PETS
Pets are not permitted at Woodbyne as we have no facilities.
SMOKING
Smokers are required to smoke outdoors to comply with Government regulations.
