DESCRIPTION OF THE GUEST ROOMS (11 Rooms)
We have 11 guest rooms - each has a superior comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom - and are all at ground level. Entry to the rooms is from the central courtyard deck and breezeway which is adjacent to the Guest lounge area. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, multi function flat screen television, DVD player,
iron/ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, bar fridge, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities and views of the gardens or local countryside.
BOOKING TERMS and CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of $100 per room and credit card details are required before we can confirm any booking.
Should a cancellation occur more than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded after deducting a $35 per room administration fee.
All cancellation requests must be in writing.

Check-in from 2pm. and Check-out 10.30am. Charges apply to early check ins and late check outs.
RESTAURANTS
Our Confirmation of Booking Form lists all of the restaurants in the Berry area. We also provide their telephone numbers and our recommendations to assist you in making a reservation prior to your arrival.
We also host dinners in the Garden Room for groups of guests who book out all eleven guest rooms for a 2 night weekend stay.
CHILDREN
We welcome children to the hotel but expect parents to ensure
that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. Please note that for health reasons we do not provide cots etc. for infants and request that prams/strollers or bikes not be taken into the guest rooms.
MASSAGE
We can arrange a therapeutic full body relaxation massage in your
room. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you wish to book
this service.
AUSTAR/FOXTEL
Austar is available in the Hotel Lounge for all Rugby and AFL fans.
CRAFT and PRODUCE MARKETS
A number of produce and craft markets are held in the area on different days of the month.
The days that the markets are held are as follows:-
Berry Market - 1st Sunday of the month
Kangaroo Valley Market - 2nd Saturday of the month
Jervis Bay – Huskisson - 2nd Sunday of the month
Jervis Bay – Lady Denman - 1st Saturday of the month
Gerringong Market - 3rd Saturday of the month
Kiama Market - 3rd Sunday of the month
Jamberoo Market - Last Sunday of the month
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers for family and friends can be arranged with a 12 month validation. Vouchers are available for midweek stays (from 1 night)
and weekend stays (2 nights - Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)
PETS
Sorry, we are unable to accept pets as we have no facilities for them. We also have on the property two territorial Border Collies - Harry and Lulu - and a Peacock - Richard.
SMOKING
Smokers are required to smoke outdoors to comply with Government regulations.
