On weekends we have a minimum 2 night charge over a Friday & Saturday nights.
The rates are per room per night (up to 2 persons in a room)
The rates include a cooked breakfast unless otherwise noted.
Charge for additional person in room - $55 p/p per night.
Charge for additional child (0 - 10yo) in room - $35 p/p per night.
The discounted rates are not available during the Christmas to New Year period.

CONDITIONS

The amount payable will only be charged to your credit card if discounted rooms are available on the requested date/s. A Confirmation of Booking will be emailed to you within 24 hours of processing the amount due.
Should we have no discounted rooms available on the nights requested, no amount will be charged to your credit card and we will advise you accordingly.
Should your calculations be incorrect, we will charge your credit card with the correct amount payable and complete the booking.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION TERMS
The discount rates only apply to reservations made using our “Internet Express Booking Discount Tariff” booking form (see below).

The total cost of stay is payable on booking. The amount paid is non-refundable or transferable and is forfeited should the booking be cancelled. No changes to the dates booked can be made.

Total cost of stay may be paid by Visa card, Mastercard or American Express.

Woodbyne reserves the right to cancel a reservation/booking at any time and for any reason.

DESCRIPTION OF THE GUEST ROOMS
We have 11 guest rooms - each has a king size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom - and are all at ground level. Entry to the rooms is from the central courtyard deck and breezeway which is adjacent to the Guest lounge area. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, multi function flat screen television, DVD player, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, bar fridge and views of the gardens and local countryside.

RESTAURANTS
Woodbyne does not operate a restaurant. To assist you, we list all of the restaurants in the area on our Confirmation of Booking Form. We also provide their tel no and our recommendations, enabling you to make a reservation prior to your arrival.
